Q. Can I pick and choose the leads I wish to receive?
- Yes you can. We offer an automated system which allows you to screen leads based on factors such as
State, LTV, loan type, property value, credit quality, etc. Once you view the available leads -- all lead information other than
the consumer's contact information is displayed -- you decide whether you wish to purchase the lead. The price of the lead
is based on the number of days that have passed since the time the consumer entered the lead into our system. Alternatively, you
can fill out your desired lead criteria in the USER PROFILE section of the site and we'll automatically send the leads to you when they are
entered into the system. We can send the lead via email or directly into your own system, if you have one, via XML or HTTP POST.

Q. When and how will I receive my leads?
Our automated lead generation system provides for real time delivery of leads via email. In some instances, we may manually assign leads. Generally, this occurs via email within minutes of the time the lead is entered into our databases by the consumer. Additionally, you may view your leads at any time via our Automated Lender System.
Q. What does the automated system allow me to do?
The LendingLeaders.com Automated Lender System has been designed to act as a one stop location for managing your common administrative tasks. Our system allows you to easily register, make online payments, edit your contact information, select and edit your lead selection criteria, make annotations to update lead contact progress and generate lead reports by multiple criteria.
Q. Do you have a return policy for invalid leads?
You may return a lead for credit within 5 days of purchase if:
1) the contact numbers are incorrect
2) there is bad information in the lead (e.g., wrong state, wrong loan type, wrong credit rating, etc.)
Please note: Non-responsive applicants (applicants who do not return your phone calls or emails) are usually not interested anymore. These leads do not qualify
for credit.
